What it is
Elyra keeps the day’s energy balance: what you ate is exact, because you weigh your food; what you burned is an estimate of your body at rest, everyday movement and workouts, so it carries a ≈. The difference — a deficit or a surplus — stays in view all day.
Built for weight loss through a controlled deficit, but it works for maintaining and gaining too. iPhone only; Apple Watch and widgets show what is left without opening the app.
What it does
- Logging in four taps: grams or pieces, recent foods, a quick entry by eye.
- A shared food catalogue with synonyms in three languages; barcodes and labels through AI.
- Workouts, Apple Health, weight as a trend, micronutrients if you want them.
- History, analytics and a short AI readout of the day.
Where it stands
Beta on TestFlight since September 2026. English, Ukrainian, Russian.
Release notes and plans will appear here — for now they live on the studio board.
